Resident Barack Hussein Obama is AWOL

Forget about Obama's reaction to the McChrystal incident, accepting the General's resignation and assigning Petraeus to take command of that theater in addition to his role of CENTCOM obviously came from Petraeus. And the fact Obama let him resign without taking a star or two means that Petraeus stood up for his friend McChrystal by not informing Obama that option was even on the table. Obama hates dissent and disloyalty and had he known he could have taken more actions against McCrystal, he would have.

Forget about Obama ignoring the Gulf oil spill for the better part of 5 weeks and taking steps that would ensure the spill got worse and was not mitigated, such as denying assistance from 13 other countries and failing to follow the governments preapproved Gulf spill response.

Let's focus on the one event that should have gotten Americas outraged, but the Obama White House ignored it and the Lame Stream Media dutifully followed suit.

Venezuela nationalized 11 oil rigs in their water belonging to a US company because the owner refused to operate the rigs until Venezuela's national oil company paid all outstanding invoices, totalling $59 million.

The POTUS is supposed to stand up for American companies when their property is nationalized by foreign countries. In the 1960's and 1970s when countries were nationalized and expropriating property and business from foreign owners the government stepped in to try to avoid it or to at least make sure the victim of nationalization was fairly compensated.

Why Obama or Clinton did not make statements objecting to this theft of property by Venezuela is outrageous. What is even more outrageous is that the media is reporting the nationalization of the oil rigs and like the White House, finds it perfectly acceptable... and that is the problem.

Nationalization of a company's assets is NOT acceptable, but this hard left administration, coupled with their lapdog main stream media, are not making an issue of it because they BELIEVE that governments have the right to nationalize industries and seize corporate assets.

Trade wars, not to mention shootiong wars, have resulted from nationalization of a foreign company's property. And yet our White House is predictably silent. I can't believe he is ignorant of his duty to act, I believe he chooses not to act (like the Gulf and financial crises) because it suits his ideological beliefs and the good of the people be damned.

He does not act for the best interests of America or Americans, the concept is foreign to him. he acts in the best interest of himself and to further his ideology.

Obama cedes part of Arizona to Mexico

Well, not really Mexico, but the Department of the Interior did admit that there is a stretch of the US border in Arizona that is so dangerous they cannot control it. So instead of defending our border the US government is cautioning Americans that Mexican drug and human smugglers and not the United States control that section of Arizona.

The only thing more appalling than this story is that I waited 24 hours for a main stream media source to report on it, I can only find a standing story on Fox News.

In the enumerated powers of the federal government listed in the Constitution you won't find any mention of health care, finance regulation, oversight of the NFL and MLB, or granting the government control over oil spills. What you will see is that the federal government is responsible for raising an Army to defend our borders and us from foreign invaders.

Obama is spending so much time on his leftard agenda that his is abdicating his constitutional responsibilities. And as outraged as Americans were when Barack Hussein Obama bowed to signal his subservience to foreign leaders, and went on his post-inaugural apology tour now he is not conceding sovereignty to the UN as many feared, instead he is conceding US land to foreign criminals.

Democrat Hypocisy In Action: Part #.... aw nuts, I lost count

On the heels of the unemployed veteran Alvin Greene's most improbable win in the South Carolina Democrat Senate primary no less a figure than Congressman James Clyburn (D- SC), the Democrat Whip, has called for an investigation into how this man paid his $10,000 fee to the SC State Democrat Party in order to get on the ballot.

Well Jim, you suck, your hypocrisy knows no bounds.

When Mr Greene ponied up the $10 Grand the party establishment must have thought it was a joke and cashed his check without caring where it came from. The party's chosen candidate, Vic Rawl, raised a mere $186,000 for the primary face off, and he kept most of it, not really mounting much more of a campaign than Greene. After all he had name recognition, or so he thought.

Turns out Greene beat Vic Rawl without either man really trying. It also turns out the SC Democrat State Party never bothered vetting Greene, so his felony arrest never was discovered until they ran a check after he won. "Oops... pardon our malfeasance."

Which means the entire Democrat State Party of the Palmetto State also sucks, for they are corrupt hypocrites.

The time for the investigation was before cashing Greene's check. The time for the background check was before cashing Greene's check. But the SC Democrat Party thought that Greene had no chance so they just took his money, no questions asked, probably joking as he walked out the door "Thanks for the donation... sucka!"

Now the joke is on the SC State Democrats as they try to wrest the position from this unknown and safely back into party controlled hands where they will have appellant fundraisers for the candidate and make sure that the lion's share is not spent, but rather dutifully turned over to the State Committee when DeMint wins the election in November.

Even Bob Menendez, who sucks for more reasons than I can count, being a hypocrite is just one of them, admitted that he, as the man who holds the purse strings to the Democrat Senatorial fund had no interest in the election from the get go... that's right, they never planned on mounting a win.

In fact Vic Rawl had a State Party sponsored fundraiser set for tonight (Thursday) but he cancelled it as he was no longer the candidate. Doubly strange as it was the State Party's fundraiser for Rawls, and not Rawl's to cancel.

It seems that in South Carolina the Democrats can't play nice when their chosen candidate loses... as a matter of fact it looks like the whiny little hypocrites get all mad and storm off taking their marbles with them.

9:30 EDT and I'm going to bed in a capitalist country

We are still a democratic republic as I lay down to sleep. The US constitution is still the law of our land.

Stupak and his ignorant group of allies are now in a position to try to wriggle off the hook in November by saying that he voted for the bill with the "assurances" of the President that he would sign an Executive Order stipulating that the Hyde Amendment must be adhered to. Everyone knows that an EO does not carry weight over a federal law.

So this is just to try to provide cover for Stupak and his band of morons.

I hope that somehow when I awake in the morning I'll hear news that we are still a democratic republic. I can only hope that we did not start a slide into marxism.

Good night my fellow Americans.

Eagle Scout Candidate earns union busting merit badge

For a week now you've probably heard about the Boy Scout who was working on his Eagle Scout project of clearing a walking trail to connect two paths in a park in Allentown, PA.

This project was proposed prior to the former steel city prior to them announcing they were going to have to lay off 39 town employees and the Scout has logged over 200 hours to date. Suddenly the SEIU decided they had to step in and protect their "employees". The head thug of the SEIU local declared that he is for biding any volunteer work in town that should be done by a union employee.

Balzano, the SEIU's enforcer in the Allentown local further infuriated people when he announced at a council meeting “We’ll be looking into the Cub Scout or Boy Scout who did the trails.”

Assert union authority over the town and then intimidate a boy scout.

And now the part the main stream media hasn't told you about:

The SEIU head thug and 7 of his knuckle draggers resigned under pressure from the national syndicate. It seems in light of the videos (an impending trials) of several SEIU thugs at TEA parties and counter-protesting at congressional open houses the union HQ thought the union telling a town and it's citizens what they can't do with their own property is a bit over the top. But to backhandedly threaten an Eagle Scout candidate? Pennsylvania's unemployment rate just went up by 8 thugs.

SCORE:

Eagle Scout Candidate: 1

SEIU Thugs: -8

Do they have a merit badge for union busting?

Want me to tell you what you can do with your tinfoil hat?

Despite reaction ranging from suggesting I belonged in the tinfoil hat club to one suggesting I belonged in the Psych Ward concerning my suspicions about Dagget being a NJDSC plant I would like to not so humbly point out that I called this one.

Democrats admit paying for pro-Daggett call; Obama records robocall for Corzine

Actually I called it twice: October 4th and November 2.

If only I could pick the games in the football pool like this. I even got the over/under by naming Norcross (who holds the purse strings of the NJDSC).

Imagine having a candidate so weak you have to bankroll a third party "independent" candidate. But if you want to do this again I have some pointers for you:

  1. Don't have him just attack the other candidate without having a platform of his own, it is so obvious the most myoptic and clueless of voters could see it.
  2. Don't have your usual sycophantic supporters, the media outlets, endorse your trojan horse candidate over your real one.
  3. When conducting push polls, don't hyperinflate the trojan horse's rating. Rasmussen had him at 11 max, two weeks ago, so creating the Eagleton/Star Ledger poll was farcical.
  4. But the most important thing for Democrats (or Republicans) who plan on running a trojan horse campaign again is simply this: DON'T!

Not only is it disingenuous, you now have given fodder for the Republicans in 2010, which includes every Congressional District, to use in their campaign. Additionally you risk alienating Democrat party donors who would rather have seen their money going to support their own candidate, not the "Independent" candidate.

If you want to win why not try running a candidate that will win, instead of having to create the illusion of a viable third party candidate designed solely to draw the "anybody but Corzine" vote away from Christie?

Of course the worst part about this whole affair is that any future third party candidate will be under additional scrutiny and accused of being a trojan horse whether it is true or not. And that truly sucks as the hold the Democrats and GOP have over politics warrants RICO charges.

Just in case you didn't hear me the first time

On election-eve here in the Great Garden State let me reiterate for my friends and others I respect that think they are sending a message to Demonrats and Republicans by voting for the "independent" Chris Daggett.

  1. He is not independent... he is a left leaning moderate. Who officiated in the left leaning DEP and EPA. Even when Reagan was in office the EPA was comprised of leftards. Plus he espouses the myth of global warming... he is a liberal.

  2. Someone is bankrolling him. And while he has called on his opponents to list their contributors, the quantities donated and their relationship he has failed to do the same... although he has reluctantly admitted to getting a large amount of support from "outside the state."

  3. I hypothesize, although have no direct proof, that he is being funded by George Norcross. For those not educated in NJ politics he is the biggest Democrat power broker in the state and runs the party from Trenton to the tip of Cape May. Norcross is also the guy who is calling for the ouster of Richard Codey as the President of the (state) Senate. Codey was the most competent head of state NJ has had since Tom Kean and Norcross wants him out so he can get one of his boys in. Why?

  4. The NJ election is about more than who will be living in Drumthwacket for the next four years. Obama has been burning his political currency faster than Corzine has been spending his personal fortune to get this seat for the Democrats. And for two reasons, the first is so a Democrat wins and this election can be spun to support Obama's Presidency to date. But more importantly, and as I have indicated in a previous rant, it is about the 2010 census. In New Jersey the Governor (directly and indirectly) and the head of the State Senate determine 9 of the 13 seats for redistricting if NJ loses, as anticipated, a seat to the US House of Representatives. Norcross wants to make sure the districts his boys sit in are maintained or strengthened and to make sure a GOP deat is properly gerrymandering out of existence. If this occurs Norcross gets more power locally and nationally with the DNC, and Obama gets one less GOP Congressman to deal with... a win win.

So while I am the first who would vote for a solid conservative candidate that was neither Democrat or Republican, Dagget is playing the spoiler. But unlike Ross Perot who assisted Bill Clinton in his two victories, he is being funded to deliberately to assist in a Corzine victory.

I have had enough of corruption in NJ politics as it costs us tax dollars. But a vote for Daggett is a vote for Corzine. And regardless of your politics I can respect no one who votes for that man.
