Moderate Muslims field counter-protest on 9-11

Moderate muslims were out in force on 9-11 to counter protest a demonstration held by people who object to the building of a mosque at ground zero.

First things first, a protest against the ground zero mosque on 9-11 following the commemorative celebration was tacky at best, wrong at worst. However, for the so called moderate Muslims to field a counter protest was counter-intuitive and counterproductive.

It just served to galvanize people against the idea of the Ground Zero Mosque.

If the idea of the Ground Zero Mosque was supported by moderate muslims they would have ceded to reason and not organized a hundred's strong counter protest... they would have allowed the protest to occur and by not providing a foil to agitate against, it would have dissipated and garnered little support in contrast to the memorial ceremonies.

Instead the media whore Imam and his non-moderate followers (and collection of dhimmies) decided to show up, generating more publicity for themselves while escalating their rhetoric to attack the TEA Party by making a false link between the TEA Party movement and those who object to the Cordoba House victory mosque at Ground Zero.

And the overt attempt at linking the TEA Party movement to the anti-GZM movement now raises the bar at finding out who is really behind the Ground Zero Mosque because the Imam and his followers have adapted the Democrat's failing tactic of branding TEA Partiers as intolerant racists and bigots. Sounds like they have hired the same PR firm... (and notice the nice uniform, professionally printed signs the counter protestors are holding).

Homework assignment: research what the International Action Center is and ask yourself why a Marxist, freedom-from-religion organization is counter protesting the GZM. The pink sheet in the picture is not Code Pink, it is likely TON, an offshoot of IAC.
